How long does shipping take?

Allow 7-10 days for an order to arrive at its destination. It will take 3-5 business days for processing.

My shipping address is incorrect. How do I update it?

Please make sure you enter your address correctly and completely including the suite or apartment number. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, addresses cannot be changed. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, please email beautyofmahoganybrand@gmail.com to cancel your order and place a new order. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, products will only be shipped within the U.S.,  its territories, and U.S. military bases. We appreciate your interest in our products and understand your desire for international shipping. Our decision to not offer international shipping is based on logistical challenges and complexities associated with customs regulations, shipping costs, and ensuring a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our customers. However, please know that we continuously evaluate our shipping policies and explore opportunities to expand our reach to customers around the globe. My order was returned to sender. Can you ship it back to me?

Orders that are returned to sender by the courier are refunded minus shipping. You will need to place a new order. 

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and I’m unable to retrieve my package from where it was delivered. Can you send me a new package?

Unfortunately, you must retrieve the order from where it was delivered or place a new order with the correct address. In this instance, replacements and refunds cannot be granted.

My package says delivered but I think it was stolen or lost:

Beauty of Mahogany is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Beauty of Mahogany will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
